Job Overview

Join our innovative team as an Event Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences at our cutting-edge entertainment venue. We specialize in transforming group activities into immersive adventures, allowing guests to engage with our unique digital gaming systems. As the face of our Event team, you will oversee the entire event process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the event lifecycle, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather essential details that will facilitate smooth event setup and execution.
  • Efficiently manage all correspondence related to events, including payment processing and preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Assist customers with order placements, confirm event specifics, and offer on-site support when required.
  • Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring installations, setups, and event conclusions are seamless.
  • Conduct engaging venue tours for prospective clients, showcasing our unique offerings.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives, fostering partnerships and promoting our services.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and coordination.
  • Proficiency in event management software and various other platforms.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, particularly in areas like event planning, contract management, and payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or similar administrative roles.

  • Proven ability to follow through and manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or TripleSeat is advantageous.
