Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet organizational objectives and specifications.
  • Supervise the creation of customized applications, workflows, and functionalities within the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce with third-party tools and services for uninterrupted operations.
  • Customize Service Cloud features, including case management, service console, and knowledge base, to optimize client interactions.
