Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Conduct thorough research on tax matters and remain updated with evolving tax laws to offer precise guidance.
• Review financial statements and implement necessary adjustments for accurate tax-related reporting.
• Manage client relationships effectively using TaxDome CRM software.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the engagement process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide assistance with tax planning and business consulting services, enhancing our clients’ financial strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the tax accounting industry.
• CPA or EA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in TaxDome is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ATX tax preparation software.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical acumen, and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and related software.
