You will be responsible for managing commitment and obligations documentation, overseeing accounting and budgetary systems, and facilitating the operational efficiency of military exercises. Your expertise will directly assist a U.S. Army client by addressing travel, equipment, and budgetary requirements, while also contributing to program budget forecasts to streamline efficiency and achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized financial management support, with an emphasis on commitment and obligations documentation and accounting systems.
• Manage travel, equipment, and budgetary components for military exercise rotations.
• Collaborate in the development of program budget projections to enhance financial planning and execution.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Army Finance role.
• At least 2 years of experience with Defense Travel Service (DTS) funding and management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) reports.
• An active Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential.
