Position: Senior Accountant and Manager - Remote

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for two skilled SEC Accounting Professionals to join our thriving outsourced accounting practice—one position for a Senior Accountant and another for a Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Staff Accountants in their daily operations
• Prepare for SEC audits and reviews efficiently
• Oversee the monthly financial closing process
• Participate in financial modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, and projections
• Assist clients with their accounting procedures
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and internal controls
• Prepare and examine financial statements for both public and private sectors, including necessary disclosures for audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Ensure optimal performance for all engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Address accounting and financial inquiries through diligent research and data analysis
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a PCAOB Accounting Firm
• Familiarity with SEC accounting practices is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of tax provisions is desirable
