Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role requires in-office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Oak Brook, IL location, while offering the flexibility of remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance existing sales and recruiting workflows to discover technical enhancement opportunities and efficiencies, while proactively recommending and executing solutions within Salesforce.
  • Tailor Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to align with the specific needs of the sales and recruiting departments.
  • Construct and maintain comprehensive customer reports and dashboards that deliver impactful insights.
  • Oversee system performance, address troubleshooting needs, and adeptly manage Salesforce updates.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee Salesforce project management.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants on specialized initiatives when necessary.
  • Conduct routine security audits and risk assessments to protect sensitive data.
  • Develop and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
  • Salesforce certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Talent Rover and Bullhorn applications is a plus.
  • Strong project management capabilities, utilizing tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce deployments with tools like Flosum.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in documentation and change management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.
  • Experience within the staffing and recruiting industry is highly favorable.
  • Salesforce certification is advantageous.
