Job Overview

We are thrilled to partner with our client in the search for a talented Junior Scrum Master with a strong foundation in data analysis. This pivotal role involves coordinating project deliverables for the Army Change Data Capture (CDC) initiative, offering a unique blend of project management and data validation responsibilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both our client and Booz Allen teams to ensure the effective delivery of CDC solutions, while also validating real-time data replication across SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project timelines, sprints, and deliverables utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Conduct data validation for replicated data across SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks.
• Develop SQL queries to assess data accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage Python scripts for advanced data validation and transformation tasks.
• Ensure data replication processes align with Army ERP systems and satisfy project specifications.
• Provide consistent project status updates to clients and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in Scrum Master roles or project management within Agile settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) processes and real-time data replication.
