Title: Client Director - OEM Customer Success (Pricing and Incentives)

Location: Remote - USA

Reports to: Managing Director, Data & Analytics / OEM Customer Success

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for various Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, both domestic and international.
  • Deliver actionable insights regarding automotive sales, pricing strategies, incentives, and residual value analysis.
  • Foster trusted relationships with client executives, guiding them with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Analyze and present complex data to C-suite executives, outlining sales performance, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities while addressing existing client needs through innovative analytical solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to the cultivation of future leaders in Data Analytics.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects that optimize client budgets and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in data analysis and problem-solving within the automotive sector.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly for leadership presentations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • Quick-thinking and adaptable in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales.
  • An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential, ideally with a focus on sales or finance.
