Liberty Dental Plan is continuing to Grow!

Ideal candidates for this position will reside in the Northeast and work Eastern Time Zone office hours.

 

The Network Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing a strong provider network, recruiting additional network providers, and orienting providers to ensure compliance with LIBERTY’s policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to regularly travel in the course of work.

 

 

Job Summary Details

  • Review and understand client product information and convey to providers during the recruitment process
  • Review competitor information and propose strategies to meet recruitment needs
  • Research and analyze fee schedules within assigned territory to determine cost effectiveness of contracting providers
  • Establish initial relationships, build rapport and provide features and benefits of joining the LIBERTY Dental
  • Network to ensure network expansion where needed
  • Recruit General Dentists and Specialists for various networks as assigned to meet objectives at department and corporate levels
  • Work with new offices to collect necessary contracting and credentialing documents and follow up with providers on missing items
  • Encourage and educate providers/dental offices to utilize online self-service tools
  • Schedule New Provider orientations and train providers on policies and procedures when necessary within required timeframes
  • Meet or exceed minimum activity standards to establish and maintain an adequate recruitment pipeline
  • Enter all provider interactions in established CRM tool
  • Complete monthly activity reports and provide updates on various recruitment projects as assigned
  • Identify Out-of-Network providers willing to see members on a single-case basis and assist with handling member placements
  • Assist with special outreach projects as assigned by management
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 Years of previous sales experience strongly preferred.
  • 2 Years of previous insurance network experience, recruitment or customer service experience required.

 

 

Specific Skills/Knowledge

  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language; bilingual a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to negotiate fee schedules and contract terms with providers
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems
  • Ability to execute recruitment initiatives, identify roadblocks, and communicate effectively
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with minimum liability of $100,000 of coverage
  • Must have reliable transportation. Position requires travel by car, which may include nights and weekends for special events.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $60,000 - $85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Liberty, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
