We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Platform - PMO Operations Team! As part of the job, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of Platform stream projects. Reporting to the Platform PMO team, you will work closely with a number of stakeholders across the organization to make sure projects are successfully delivered to our customers. You’ll have multiple projects on the go at any given time, so you should be able to easily handle competing priorities.

You Will:Drive and deliver cross-functional projects through collaboration with area leadsOwn and manage project estimating, timeline development, resource scheduling, and coordinating releasesRegularly report to project stakeholders to keep them in the know about project plan shifts, newly identified risks, and how upcoming milestones are trackingWork cross-functionally to ensure the project scope and business case are clearly defined and documented Ensure larger projects are broken down and estimated to establish reliable delivery dates Ensure smooth cross-functional team hand-offs and work closely with teams to resolve issues as they ariseWork with teams to identify and remove roadmap/feature dependencies and impedimentsManage multiple projects simultaneously You Have:3+ years as a Project Manager managing risks and leading technical projects Experience working in an agile environmentStrong knowledge of various project management methodologies and best practices An understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental developmentThe ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and handle multiple concurrent priority tasks with tight deadlinesExperience managing the delivery of engineering work, and communicating risks and outcomes with stakeholdersExperience managing and delivering product-focused initiatives working with product management and design teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels and teams Ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines, under minimal supervisionNice to Have:Educational background or work experience in a life sciences-related disciplineExperience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryExperience working at a startupBenefits and Perks:
