ERP Data Migration Expert - Supply Chain

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Migration Expert with a strong background in SAP and experience in handling Supply Chain, Material Master, and related data objects. This role requires expertise in data migration processes and tools, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to ensure seamless execution and data integrity throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of data cleansing tasks for assigned objects.
• Oversee data collection for manual/construction data objects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to prepare and implement value mappings.
• Create and maintain master data lists for assigned objects.
• Provide business insights to technical teams for extraction and conversion processes.
• Identify relevant data objects in scope in collaboration with country Business Data Owners.
• Validate data readiness and verify quality throughout the migration process.
• Approve and oversee data upload files pre- and post-load for assigned objects.
• Perform manual data loads for target clients as needed.
• Execute dual maintenance and approval of data verification scripts.
• Act as the functional point of contact (SPoC) for assigned objects during defect management in the Hypercare phase.

Experience and Background:

• 5+ years of experience in data migration roles, preferably in SAP projects.
• Proven track record in global and regional data management, with experience in SAP implementations.
• Expertise in Material Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and visibility in Production Planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel skills and a hands-on, strategic approach to managing data migration projects.

Differentiating Qualifications:

• Experience working in both country-level and global projects.
• Additional language skills besides English.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools and techniques.
