Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at the intersection of banking and sustainability. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop scalable software that supports our mission. Your Mission

Join the software engineering team and work in close collaboration with product owners and other internal stakeholders.
Work on a modern tech stack including Kotlin, Spring, RESTful APIs, gRPC, and Kubernetes, all running on cloud infrastructure.
Take responsibility for the whole software development lifecycle from challenging and refining requirements, creating concepts, implementing and testing them, shipping the software to maintaining the software in the long term.Â
Collaborate in an agile environment with lean processes to continuously make improvements and deliver value.

What you bring to the table

You hold a degree in computer science or a related field or possess equivalent work experience.Â
You have experience developing Java or Kotlin microservices with Spring Boot.
You have hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and working with databases like PostgreSQL.
You ideally are experienced in working with Kotlin, Gradle, gRPC, OAuth 2.0, and/or GitHub Actions.
If you have frontend experience with TypeScript and React itâs a big plus (but not a requirement).
You can demonstrate that you can write high-quality, well-tested code adhering to clean code principles.Â
You understand the challenges of running and operating software in production, with a sense for reliability, scalability, and performance.Â
You have strong communication skills in English.
You have strong motivation, drive and eagerness to learn - this is more important than existing experience.
