Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Recruitment Supervisor to lead and manage our recruitment efforts for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, along with a proven track record in recruiting top sales talent. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate closely with the sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales recruitment team, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified sales candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent, including job postings, networking, and partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with sales management to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate profiles.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment metrics, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the recruitment team to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends in the sales industry.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of sales candidates for current and future openings.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a strong understanding of the sales landscape.
  • Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for US-based sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and team dynamics.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
