  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related role. 
  • Experience in Simpro and Xero.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data management principles. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the use of Simpro, Xero, and other business systems. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system processes and ensure documentation reflects current business practices. 
  • Regularly review and update SOPs as systems and processes evolve. 
  • Monitor and oversee data integrity across all systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data inputs and outputs. 
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. 
  • Provide guidance to the team on maintaining high data accuracy standards. 
  • Offer administrative assistance to team members by troubleshooting system-related issues and providing user support for Simpro, Xero, and other platforms. 
  • Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve workflow efficiency. Support operational reporting and documentation as needed.
