Job description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Concert8 is a Canadian based BPO with our primary operations located in Manila. We have a history going back over 15 years in outsourcing and serve a wide range of clients across multiple industries. Our teams range from customer service, SAAS support, accounting, VAs, IT support and development and more. Our focus is on bringing the highest level of professional talent to our customers and providing our team members with options for flexible working situations.

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of various aspects of digital marketing, such as paid ads, SEO, social media and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Assist with development, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and help craft strategies to engage them across various platforms.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist with planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

Email Marketing

  • Manage email marketing strategies, email template design and execution.

Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, and other team members to produce engaging content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor various metrics and analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Experience:

  • 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing Etc.)

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and/or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, Inshot).
  • Experience with Lead Generation
  • Experience in B2B
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (ex. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
