Role Summary
 
As a Cybersecurity Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain more knowledge on Cybersecurity through foundational and Sophos product training. Gain knowledge on how a Technical Support Engineer supports our customers and learn cutting edge technologies in the dynamic software security space.

What You Will Do
  • As an intern, you will be trained on the following:
  • Support Foundational Training.
  • Sophos Product Training including Support Tools.
  • Training on Cybersecurity Foundation, Antivirus & Firewall
  • Soft skills Training which includes Communication, Customer Service, Call Etiquette, Emails, and Chat Etiquette.
  • Learn case management processes that Sophos uses to provide best in class service to our customers. 

  • What You Will Bring
  • Currently enrolled at a college or University with IT/Computer Science/Engineering-related course.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of IT Security concepts.
  • Basic technical knowledge including but not limited to: Active Directory, Networking, Various Operating Systems like Windows Servers, Linux, Mac OS.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately and promptly. 
  • Ability to work independently based on tasks assigned.
  • Able to work cooperatively with others to achieve specific team goals.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (Morning or Mid Shift schedule).
