Job Overview

Join an established mental wellness practice with locations in Apex, Fuquay Varina, Cary, and Greenville, North Carolina. Our multidisciplinary team of 29 professionals is dedicated to serving individuals, families, and couples of all ages. We are actively seeking two full-time, fully licensed mental health clinicians, specifically those holding LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT credentials. Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate associate providers, as we are focused on fully licensed clinicians at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 to 25 therapy sessions weekly.
• Manage a rapidly growing caseload while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Participate in additional income-generating opportunities, such as group sessions and educational workshops, aligned with your interests.

Compensation And Benefits

• This role operates as an independent contractor (1099), with no traditional benefits provided.
• We offer a competitive percentage of claim payments, with potential earnings ranging from \(65 to \)117 per 55-minute session, depending on your insurance mix.
• Flexibility to develop your own schedule, coupled with a hybrid work model that incorporates both in-office and remote sessions.
• Office space is available at our Apex and Fuquay Varina locations, with part-time options in our Cary office.
