Job Overview

We invite you to be a part of our Strategic Risk Management team as a Risk Analyst. In this pivotal role, your expertise will play a crucial part in empowering neighborhoods, businesses, and individuals to flourish. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate comprehensive risk assessments for third-party vendors, internal processes, and enterprise-level risks.
  • Assist in the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise and implement risk mitigation strategies while identifying effective controls.
  • Present risk findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain essential procedures for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
  • Document standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency while reviewing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and standards relating to risk management.
  • Lead and support special risk management projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Execute day-to-day functions of the TPRM program, including vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Partner with business lines to ensure third-party compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain precise vendor records within the third-party system of record.
  • Support training coordination for internal vendor owners.
  • Execute day-to-day activities of the ERM program, including enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture and align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
  • Stay abreast of current and forthcoming regulatory guidelines and support necessary modifications to relevant programs.
  • Independently evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across various departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or audit, with a focus on TPRM and/or ERM.
  • Familiarity with COSO, SOX, FDICIA, and other regulatory frameworks and risk management best practices is preferred.
