Job Overview

As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be integral to the success of our clients by overseeing various administrative duties. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client calendars and scheduling needs.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.
  • Supervise social media management and client engagement.
  • Develop and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Handle invoicing and oversee payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports with accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional client care and support.
  • Assist in light event planning and coordination.
  • Organize and manage email communications.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of procedural documentation.
  • Manage newsletters for distribution.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work autonomously within a virtual workspace while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • A fully-equipped home office, including:
    • Computer with the complete version of MS Office 365.
    • High-speed internet connection.
    • Smartphone with email capabilities.
    • Computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Important Note

This is a contractor position classified under 1099. The role is completely remote, and candidates must undergo a background check prior to contracting. We are looking for individuals available during standard business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). This position is not project-based and cannot be undertaken alongside a full-time job.
