Premise offers a wide range of dynamic, purpose-driven career opportunities. We are currently looking for a Full Time Virtual Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to join our team.
This exciting LCSW role will serve as part of the Virtual Behavioral Health team within the Digital Wellness Center. Rotating work schedule of 5x8 shifts will vary within the hours of 8am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday. Will include at least one evening shift per week and requires the ability to work within Central time zone. Requires high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Multiple state licensure will be required (up to 25 states). LCSW required; Bilingual/Spanish skills preferred.
Essential Functions
Provides virtual psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
Utilize a strengths-based approach to assist clients to get, be, and stay well, in alignment with their values.
Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, if applicable.
Interact with clients to assist in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, screeners, records, and reference materials.
Utilize evidence-based intervention methods within scope of practice to meet needs of population. Common approaches at Premise sites might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS.
Counsel individuals regarding problems such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
Engage clients in collaborative discussion of treatment goals and desired outcomes.
Participate as an active team member in the clinical care team. Duties may include consultation, case management, care coordination, and coordination of referrals.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
Licensed mental health clinicians including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc.
Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting.
Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors.
- Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources.
For individuals living in California, Colorado or Washington only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado and Washington compensation is $70,000- 99,750
