Job Description

The Unit4 Manager of Delivery at Argano is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Unit4 projects and services. This role focuses on leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely, within-budget, and high-quality execution of projects. The Manager of Delivery plays a critical role in aligning project goals with both Argano’s and clients' expectations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. This position demands proactive leadership, strong project management skills, and a keen ability to identify and mitigate risks while driving innovation and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage delivery teams, overseeing larger groups of team members to ensure project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues early, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
  • Mentor team members on delivery management best practices and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on the financial status of projects.
  • Optimize resources to balance project demands with budget constraints.
  • Analyze and mitigate project risks, taking proactive steps to address challenges.
  • Ensure the team meets performance and client service metrics, resolving escalated issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in project delivery to enhance client outcomes and drive business success.

Education

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or relevant master's or PhD are preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in delivery management or a related field.
  • Experience in leadership roles within IT support, customer service, or project delivery is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of project delivery processes, particularly within the Unit4 ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development principles and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex client accounts and delivering high-quality solutions.
