Compensation: \(74,100 to \)96,465 per year + annual bonus

Position Summary

As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst focusing on Channel Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in enabling stakeholders to leverage data effectively, influencing significant business outcomes and enhancing our Go-To-Market strategies across our digital platforms. You will join our Analytics & Insights (A&I) team, which is dedicated to fostering data-driven decision-making and strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide actionable insights on digital performance and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify key success metrics for website and app analytics by understanding web behaviors and implementing best UX practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing channel teams to assess and enhance campaign and digital performance.
  • Present critical findings and insights to senior leadership and marketing stakeholders.
  • Maintain and oversee key performance dashboards, advocating for self-service analytics.
  • Ensure proper tagging and attribution across various marketing channels.
  • Develop cross-channel analyses linking web/app performance to overarching business inquiries.
  • Engage collaboratively within a Kanban project management framework.
  • Lead discussions on marketing trends and insights during omni-channel meetings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, Marketing, Data Science, etc.) preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital/marketing/media analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and experience evaluating digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data in an engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with HTML and web analytics tagging.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
