Customer Service Advisor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and committed Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely. This pivotal role involves supporting and mentoring applicants and teacher interns as they navigate our alternative certification programs. Your contributions will play a significant role in empowering future educators and making a meaningful impact in the educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized support and guidance to applicants and interns throughout the certification process.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of state-specific certification requirements to effectively assist candidates across various states, including AL, AZ, FL, IN, MI, NV, NC, and SC.
  • Manage effective communication through inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring candidates remain on course.
  • Collaborate closely with state operations teams and build strong relationships with local educational districts.
  • Represent the program at job fairs and marketing events, as needed.
