Job Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily testing activities, ensuring the successful execution of test events. This position is fully remote and is contingent on contract award. We encourage military veterans to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Government Test Manager to devise and coordinate test strategies and plans, addressing aspects such as work breakdown structure, test architecture, schedule, deliverables, required resources, risk assessment, and quality control.
• Act as a liaison among the Test Team, T&E Management, the Government Test Manager, the Product Manager, and Functional Area Management Teams.
• Maintain awareness of issues that may affect the team's ability to meet deadlines and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
• Comprehend the architecture and configuration of test environments and conditions/parameters for testing, providing overall frameworks for all tests.
• Analyze documentation (e.g., design, requirements, architecture) to grasp the requirements of the test engagement.
• Mentor and support other test analysts in developing and executing test cases, scripts, scenarios, and user stories.
• Document and manage test events in test management tools throughout the planning, execution, and reporting phases of each test event.
• Lead daily and weekly internal and external status meetings, trainings, and test strategy discussions, ensuring the testing team remains informed and risks are identified early in the project lifecycle.
• Anticipate future test events, encompassing scope, complexity, requirements analysis breakdown, projected hours, risks, issues, and assumptions.
• Provide insights regarding application and environment risks, system architecture, software delivery processes, and scheduling impacts.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in large-scale agile methodologies, particularly experiences with SAFe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of test strategies and integration capabilities.
• Possession of A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years in a Senior Business Analyst position.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology or Business Administration.
