Position Title: Marketing Events Manager

Department: Marketing

Reporting Line: Brand Marketing Director

Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive Marketing Events Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. This role is essential in the orchestration, oversight, and execution of a wide array of events that reinforce our marketing strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring each event maximizes brand visibility and delivers substantial returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Identify prominent industry events and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand recognition.
  • Oversee all aspects of event management from inception to completion, including pre-event preparations, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Manage logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, hospitality arrangements, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and creative designers to ensure branding and materials reflect company goals.
  • Engage with external partners to secure sponsorships and collaborations that enhance event outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align event aims and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Formulate and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Analyze event-related expenditures to optimize return on investment.
  • Monitor event performance through key metrics such as attendance, engagement, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for future events.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a comparable role.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication competencies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team framework.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and event promotion.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Canva, Notion, and HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory).
