Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100K - $150K
  • Target Commission: $200K (uncapped)
  • Equity: 0.05% to 0.15%

About The Role

Our client is seeking exceptional Sales Executives with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience to drive commercial growth and establish new relationships with leading U.S. insurers. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, executing against the sales playbook, initiating contact with decision-makers at large insurance carriers, demonstrating value from the first meeting, and negotiating agreements to secure rapid engagement and ongoing value delivery.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, successfully driving new logo sales with top-tier companies.
  • You have experience at an early-stage startup during periods of hypergrowth.
  • You are a problem-solver who finds ways to overcome obstacles, and "it can’t be done" is not part of your vocabulary.
  • You are passionate, deeply motivated, and have a strong will to win, excited about delivering a world-class solution to clients.
  • You are an excellent listener, perceptive to clients’ strategic priorities, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • You are methodical, organized, and skilled at utilizing CRM and sales tools.
  • You value open, frank, and respectful communication.

  • Experience in FinTech and/or selling to insurers.
