  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including the board, banking partners, investors, and regulatory bodies, communicating credit metrics and setting expectations.
  • Develop and iterate on credit risk management policies to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire credit lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance from loan origination to servicing, collections, and recoveries.
  • Implement advanced data analytics and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and risk prediction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact the credit risk framework.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on the B2B fintech or lending space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), underwriting platforms, familiarity with commercial credit bureau data, and loan management systems.
  • Ability to work out of the NYC office 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday).

We Offer

  • An opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Fintech Series A companies in NYC.
  • The ability to revolutionize the B2B SaaS market.
