  • Educate members on Aetna products, including claims processes and benefit details, fostering an understanding of their healthcare options.
  • Identify member needs beyond initial inquiries, proactively providing relevant information and addressing unasked questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery and develop solutions to emerging service issues.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service experience in a transaction-focused environment, such as a call center or retail setting.
