Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible Hours, 40 hours a week, a couple days need to be worked during office hours 8am-5pm Millbury, MA Time for meetings with the team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a marketing expert who can take full ownership of our marketing efforts, from social media management to developing strategic marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling, modern content and engaging audiences across platforms, particularly LinkedIn. This is a full-time role with flexible hours, and we are looking to hire immediately.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for both our glulam division and architectural fabric projects.
  • Control and manage all social media accounts, with a focus on LinkedIn, including engaging with posts and other users to drive traffic to our site.
  • Write and create consistent, brand-aligned content across all marketing channels, adhering to our full branded document.
  • Be proficient in Canva to create professional marketing materials and ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Produce modern, creative, and out-of-the-box marketing strategies that stand out in the industry.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content development, but rely on creativity and industry understanding for primary content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the mass timber and architectural fabric industries, ensuring marketing content is relevant and innovative.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are cohesive and consistent across all platforms and initiatives.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on building and managing social media strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Ability to develop creative, modern content that reflects Tridome’s innovative approach.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, while ensuring they complement creative strategies.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about the mass timber and architectural fabric industries.
  • Preferred: Usage with GrasshopperIt's an extension for rhino (drafting)
