This is a remote position.

Role Name: Junior Recruiter - Window Sales Industry

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Kaysville, Utah, USA time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial screening calls with potential sales representatives and administrative staff
  • Manage interview scheduling and occasionally conduct interviews under supervision
  • Perform data entry and maintain CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in creating and managing job postings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Support the Director of Recruiting with daily tasks and special projects
  • Learn and apply best practices in recruitment for the door-to-door sales industry
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic sales team
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new software systems
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
  • Comfortable making phone calls and conducting video interviews
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior recruitment experience necessary
  • Ability to work remotely and align with Mountain Time zone
