Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
- Able to collaborate with a team
- Excellent customer service skills
Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
- Remotely resolve issues or outages for customers
- Create and revise internal documentation, explaining in detail, troubleshooting or preventative maintenance procedures
- Remotely support the Field Service Team on technology installations by providing world class service to our customers
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
- Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate technology program or a similar program
- Ability to work 16 hours per week
The base pay range of $12/hour represents the undergraduate hiring pay and $15/hour for graduate program students that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
