The Head of Marketplace at Nivoda will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our global B2B diamond marketplace. This senior leadership role will drive key initiatives to optimize the platform’s performance, focusing on partnerships, quality, automation, and fulfillment strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and fulfillment operations, combined with a strategic mindset and strong project management skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Nivoda remains the most trusted and efficient platform in the industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Partnerships: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance marketplace reliability and expand service offerings.
- Reliability: Lead efforts to ensure the consistent performance and uptime of the marketplace, addressing any issues proactively.
- Marketplace Settings: Oversee the configuration and continuous improvement of marketplace settings to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Optimization and Monitoring: Implement and manage tools and processes for continuous optimization and monitoring of marketplace operations.
- Bricz: Collaborate with the Bricz team to integrate advanced fulfillment solutions that enhance marketplace efficiency.
- Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards across all aspects of the marketplace, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy user experience.
- Batching Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for order batching to optimize processing times and reduce costs.
- Hubs Strategy: Design and implement a global hubs strategy to enhance delivery speed and reliability.
- Ultra-Fast, Everywhere: Drive initiatives to achieve ultra-fast fulfillment times across all markets, ensuring Nivoda's competitive edge.
- Ongoing Fulfillment: Oversee ongoing fulfillment processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Automation: Lead automation projects aimed at streamlining marketplace operations, from order processing to delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketplace management, operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving reliability and optimization.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, fulfillment processes, and supply chain management.
- Experience with automation and technology integration in marketplace operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the diamond or luxury goods industry.
- Familiarity with Bricz or similar fulfillment solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
