Open Source Research Training Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your expertise and grow your skills to provide training support to our warfighters? We’re looking for an Open Source Research (OSR) Training Specialist to help develop and deliver OSR training programs to live audiences, provide classroom instruction, and apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise to help enrich instruction. Your communication skills will come in handy as you share your experience and work as a vital member of a team to solve daily challenges as we support and improve the U.S. military.

As an OSR Training Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise and broaden your skill sets in areas like cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, and CEMA. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Open Source Research (OSR), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), or Publicly Available Information (PAI)

  • Experience with formal military intelligence analyst training

  • Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with DoD teaching or instructing

  • Experience developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI)

  • Knowledge of Army training regulations and policies

  • Ability to author curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
