Job description

Transformations Care Network is seeking a PPC Manager to join a fun, friendly, and hard-working marketing team that is passionate about connecting people to high-quality mental health care in communities across the country. This role will report to the National Director of Marketing and will be responsible for the daily maintenance, management and execution of our PPC platform and strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve our goals. You will optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

This role will also support the team with marketing campaign execution, project management, paid social media, data analysis, and more. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and experienced PPC manager who is looking to join a great team in a supportive environment.

The PPC Manager must be very detail-oriented and organized and must be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and successfully manage deadlines. Excellent project management and communication skills will be essential.

This is a fully remote position and requires occasional travel to Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks. Develop effective ad copy, targeting strategies, and bid management techniques to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Strategy Development: Work with the National Director of Marketing to understand TCN’s business objectives and develop PPC strategies that align with our goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools. Track key metrics such as CTR, impression share, conversion rates, and cost per conversion to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment. Conduct regular budget reviews and optimize spend based on performance data and organization goals.
  • Landing pages: Collaborate with the team to manage and optimize PPC landing pages to improve conversion rates and ensure cohesive branding.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Track and Monitor: Ensure proper tracking is deployed across all campaigns and landing pages and that UTM data is implemented correctly for reporting. Frequently monitor and audit leads to assess lead quality.
  • Reporting: Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations. Assist in preparing detailed performance reports that highlight key insights, trends, and next steps.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members, including SEO teams, content creators, and designers, to ensure cohesive branding and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, Google Ads updates, and emerging digital marketing practices. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaign tactics across all digital channels and ensure content is accurate and follows brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Social Media Ads: Support the team with paid social media strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of driving results. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Google Ads certification(s) preferred (Search, Display, Video).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools is required.
  • Experience creating PPC reports, interpreting data from tracking platforms, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field from applicable accredited program.
  • 5+ years of traditional and digital marketing experience, including content and social media marketing. (Preferred)
  • 5+ years working in a digital agency setting. (Preferred)
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands and locations. (Preferred)
  • Experience using WordPress or similar platform is a plus. (Preferred)
  • Basic graphic design and HTML skills preferred, but not required. (Preferred)
  • Web development experience is a plus, but not required. (Preferred)
