Job Description:

Act as a Data Product Owner and a senior data business analyst with experience around enterprise data warehouse, data governance, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard reporting, operational reporting, and more.
Knowledge of Insurance Data with policy, billing, and claim is required.
Experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and Datahub/CDA is desired.
Identify and understand the source system data bases and Collect data from diverse sources into the data warehouse or data lake.
Must have knowledge on the data mapping, basic data cleaning and processing tasks to ensure data quality and data accuracy.
Write requirements for standard and custom reports, dashboards, and prepare the data.
Work closely with business and IT leadership teams to capture requirements and review the insights from the data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to analytical projects.

Job Requirements:

Experience of working with at least 1 Insurance carriers is must.
Good to have knowledge on Guidewire Policy and Claims databases.
Entry-level experience or internship in Data Analysis or a related field.
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and programming language such as Excel, SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to find root problems and optimal solutions.
Highly analytical skillset that can pull actionable intelligence from data sources.
