Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive assigned proposals, from beginning to end, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs.
  3. Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests.
  4. Can be called upon to develop & maintain generic texts & templates relating to proposals

 

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in writing proposals paired with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Experience & knowledge of SAP products and services are an asset.
  1. Strong understanding of proposal processes and best practices.
  2. Ability to take the initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

 

Rationale:

The addition of this position will allow us to:

  1. Correct the workload imbalance caused by the recent departure of a contractual employee as well as support other BMT initiatives.
  2. Increase the production of the much-needed proposal texts for Core Content Library.
