The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated processes using Power Platform. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate complex workflows into efficient RPA solutions. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as [e.g., Power Automate].
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and Javascript.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process automation, and error handling.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Experience with AI, prompt engineering and cognitive automation.
• Microsoft Certification for Power platform associate or developer preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and services (e.g., Azure, AWS). 
  

What You’ll Do

• Transform requirements into desktop and cloud flows.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment process.
• Experience working with APIs and integration with Power Automate.
• Create reporting and dashboards regarding automation performance.

Process Analysis and Design: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze and document existing processes to design automation workflows.

Development: 

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate.
• Write and maintain code to automate tasks based on defined requirements and best practices.

Implementation: 

• Configure and maintain automation processes, ensuring stability and performance. 
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the accuracy and quality of RPA solutions before deployment.

Maintenance and Support: 

• Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for live automation. 

Documentation: 

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Document changes and provide regular updates on the status of projects.

Continuous Improvement: 

• Identify areas of improvement within existing RPA solutions and suggest enhancements.
• Keep abreast of new RPA technologies and trends, integrating new tools and best practices where applicable.

Compensation

We are committed to transparency in our hiring process. The Salary Range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits which includes:
