Job description

About The Role

The Estimating Analyst is responsible for the creation of accurate and timely Lighting Counts for all active construction bids. This includes working with internal teams to review bid documents, become familiar with relevant software and document styles, and submit Lighting Counts that are accurate to each individual pr, among other items. This role is critical for ensuring we are preparing complete and accurate bids for all projects we bid out. This is a fast paced role that requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. 


What You'll Do

  • Review project documents with respect to Lighting Counts

  • Produce and submit Lighting Counts that are accurate and timely

  • Updating and collaborating with the Estimating team as needed for bid review

  • Swiftly correct inaccuracies and/or update Lighting Counts when supplied with updated information

  • Provide review and evaluation of all quotes related to Lighting Counts


What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction, project management, or design role.

  • 3+ years of experience with Accubid, Live Count, or other construction management software is a bonus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.) 

  • Willingness to work on a collaborative team in a fast-paced, startup environment
