Positionsübersicht:

Der Clinical Product Educator (CPE) ist verantwortlich für die technische Einweisung unserer Patienten in das Omnipod® Insulin Management System. Der CPE arbeitet hauptsächlich von zu Hause aus (oder zeitweise von einem nahegelegenen Insulet Schulungszentrum aus). Diese Position unterstützt auch unser Kundenservice-Team bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen. Die Stelle kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit besetzt werden. Die Arbeitszeiten sind individuell festzulegen und können flexibel gestaltet werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Ein typischer Arbeitstag beginnt für Dich in der Regel mit der Wahrnehmung Deiner Termine zur Durchführung von persönlichen Online-Schulungen für unsere Kunden. Zu Deinen Kernaufgaben gehören die technische Einweisung und Anpassung des Omnipod® DASH Personal Diabetes Managers (PDM) sowie Upgrades auf neue Insulet Produkte.
  • Die termingerechte Terminvereinbarung mit unseren Patienten liegt ebenfalls in Deinem Aufgabenbereich. Alle hierzu wichtigen Informationen erhältst Du vorab von unseren Kolleg*innen aus dem Kundenservice.
  • Während der technischen Einweisung - persönlich und virtuell/online - stehst Du unseren Patienten zur Seite und begleitest jeden Schritt. Nach der Einweisung erfolgt die schriftliche oder digitale Dokumentation im Insulet Kundenverwaltungssystem.
  • Du hast ein vertieftes Wissen und Verständnis von medizinisch-technischen Zusammenhängen und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einrichtung der Diabetes Management Software sowie bei den Einstellungen des Personal Diabetes Managers (PDM) oder Systemen zur kontinuierlichen Glukosemessung (rtCGM).
  • Unseren Kundenservice kann sich bei der Bearbeitung wiederkehrender Anfragen zur Optimierung der Pod-Therapie auf Deine Unterstützung verlassen.
  • Als Teamplayer arbeitest Du eng mit dem Kunden- und Produktsupport, unserem Innen- und Außendienst, dem Back Office und unserem Medical Lead zusammen.

Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

Mindestanforderungen:

  • 2 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Diabetes
  • Ausbildung als Diabetesberater*in DDG oder Diabetesassistent*in DDG wird bevorzugt, eine Ausbildung als zugelassene*r Ernährungsberater*in ist ebenfalls von Vorteil.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Schulung und/oder Behandlung von Insulinpumpenpatienten oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Erfahrung
  • Praktische Erfahrung bzw. hohe Kompetenz im Umgang mit modernen Online-Kommunikationssystemen wie z.B. Microsoft Teams, Zoom oder WebEx.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen:

  • gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie selbständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Medizinprodukte und/oder Hilfsmittel und/oder frühere Industrieerfahrung (auch als freiberuflicher Technical Trainer) sind vorteilhaft
  • Gute bis sehr gute Computer-/PC-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch - fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil

Physische Anforderungen (falls zutreffend):

  • Arbeitsort ist überwiegend das eigene Home-Office (oder zeitweise ein nahegelegenes Insulet Schulungszentrum).
  • Die notwendige technische Ausstattung zur Durchführung von Online-Schulungen wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
  • Dienstreisen zu einem Insulet Schulungszentrum oder zu internen Besprechungen können erforderlich sein.
