Who Do We Need?

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Associate who will maximize our sales opportunities by working closely with sales and other departments to provide technical expertise and support. Being a business partner for our international sales teams you will help to build holistic solutions for our customers and are able to demonstrate how our products can solve specific customer problems. You care about meeting revenue targets and will also focus on customer success and satisfaction. You feel comfortable in attending customer meetings and presenting in person or via conference call for any size of audience. As a pro-active team player you are ready to share your learnings and experience with the sales team and product management. We will provide all of the background knowledge and onboarding you will need and keep your expertise current with ongoing training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and anticipate customer needs and goals for integrated brand engagement solutions.
  • Close collaboration with the sales team to prepare and conduct successful prospect pitches.
  • External product training in which customers experience the significant added value of our brand engagement solutions, focused on their unique needs.
  • Active multiplicator for product added value, functionality, use cases and reference projects, internally and externally.
  • The creation of high-quality documentation and tender specifications that visualize the significant added value of Monotype solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Regular provision of critical key figures (activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs, deals won/lost).
  • Technology evangelist – pushing forward productive relationships with internal interfaces, and external partners for the determination of pain points and solution requirements through Q & A validation.
  • Continuous exchange with the support and product management teams on customer feedback and possible optimization potential.
  • Quality interface to the project and production teams to ensure an optimal process throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Representation of Monotype at the biggest industry events.

What we’re looking for:

  • German language skills on native level and business fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Successful experience in a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech space.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing as well as interest for the typography business.
  • Outstanding analytical skills in the identification of customer needs and the anticipation of integrated solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Confident in engaging customer contact and presentation to groups.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
