Position Purpose Statement
To conduct verification on documentation submitted by candidate / client as per guidelines.

The nature, scope and tasks of this position
•Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frame as per Sterling guideline.
•Managing missing and additional information in accordance with Sterling operations procedures
•Update verification record / progress in the operations logs at real time.
•Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to impact turnaround times
•Update client case manager on any candidate “Alerts”
•Other duties as assigned by manager and leadership of Sterling

Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience
•English & Chinese language proficiency is a must (written and communication) for client support
•Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office
•Ability to keep track of work
•Quality orientation and documentation skills is a must
