From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives. What you will be responsible for
 

Depositary Services UK:

  • Monitors & verifies cash movements on the fund's bank accounts;
  • Monitors & verifies fund's investments held in portfolio: OTC derivatives, Exchange Traded derivatives, Hedge funds, Private Equity & Real Estate funds, etc.
  • Oversees investors' activity;
  • Oversees funds' valuation process & compliance with investment restrictions;
  • Assists where required in preparing daily/monthly/ad hoc deliverables
  • Stays objective and protects the investor`s interest at all times.
  • Participate as technical SME in development, projects and new tool implementation
