Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated and self-driven Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to become part of our dynamic and supportive team in the scenic Oceanside, CA. This position allows you to leverage advanced technology and CRM systems to enhance organization, streamline transactions, and devote more time to expanding your business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Tech Platform Management: Utilize our state-of-the-art platforms to attract leads and oversee your sales pipeline.
  • Open Houses: Organize and host open houses to present properties and connect with potential clients.
  • Listing & Buyer Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive presentations to secure listings and assist buyers in their home search.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of current market trends to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Client Follow-up: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional communication.

Required Skills

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 completed transactions.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: Ability to work both remotely and in-person.
  • Listing Appointments: Experience in obtaining listing appointments.
  • Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Skills: Proficiency in conducting detailed and accurate CMAs.
