  • Perform meticulous due diligence for prospective real estate deals, encompassing title documents, environmental assessments, and land surveys.
  • Represent the organization in various legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Deliver legal counsel concerning potential risks and liabilities in real estate matters.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations pertinent to real estate, disseminating crucial updates to the team that may influence transactions.

Required Skills

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a real estate attorney in a high-energy environment.
  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in California.
