Job Title: Real Estate Legal Secretary - Hybrid - Remote

Join our esteemed AmLaw 200 firm as an accomplished Real Estate Legal Secretary at our San Diego office! This position presents a hybrid remote work model and is centered around providing essential support to Partners within the Real Estate Transactional practice area. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare closing documents, including the assembly of closing binders.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage attorneys’ calendars, ensuring that all critical dates and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Conduct conflict checks for new client engagements, prepare engagement letters, and set up new client files.
  • Maintain and accurately update client matter files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide assistance to attorneys across various practice areas as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in various software applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
