Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation projects to drive effective outcomes.
• Collaborate on a minimum of three successful implementation initiatives, demonstrating your ability to produce results that matter.
• Employ your proficiency in Customer Portal, Customer Scripts, and BUI Extensions to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of connectPHP and REST APIs while integrating them seamlessly with diverse applications.
• Gain familiarity with various modules, including CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting), to elevate our service delivery.
• Manage Knowledge Base configurations, ensuring clients have access to vital resources.
• Apply your JavaScript skills to design and implement effective technical solutions.
