Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Oracle Service Cloud Specialist to become a pivotal member of our innovative team. In this remote role, you will apply your extensive expertise to implement and enhance Oracle Service Cloud solutions, significantly contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on dynamic Oracle Service Cloud projects, ensuring the successful delivery of implementations.
• Design and configure Customer Portals, Customer Scripts, and BUI Extensions tailored to client specifications.
• Employ your knowledge of connectPHP and REST APIs to facilitate smooth integrations with various applications.
• Play a key role in configuring Knowledge Bases to optimize support resources.
• Utilize your familiarity with modules such as CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting) to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript, capable of developing effective solutions.
• Sound understanding of integration processes and applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience within Oracle Service Cloud.
