Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Solution Architect to formulate and implement project work plans, adjusting as necessary to respond to evolving requirements.
• Lead or co-facilitate discovery workshops aimed at gathering, articulating, and documenting both current and future state business processes and functional specifications.
• Produce documentation of requirements through process flow diagrams and user stories.
• Create implementation estimates and orchestrate plans covering the entire delivery lifecycle, encompassing configuration, development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Design user story test scripts and engage in end-user acceptance testing.
• Oversee the daily operational facets of the project, ensuring responsiveness to client needs and maintaining project timelines.
• Build and manage high-performing teams comprising Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers, and client representatives throughout all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor project deliverables, financial performance, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
• Track project status and evaluate risks related to processes, personnel, and technology, making adjustments to project plans as required.
• Conduct impact analyses for scope change requests and document any necessary modifications to requirements.
• Serve as an authority in Agile methodology to effectively apply delivery standards and project protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Uphold accountability for client satisfaction, organizational profitability, and project team workload.
• Communicate effectively regarding risks, alterations in scope, and change management processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce industry in consulting roles as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, with a focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce CPQ projects, including data migrations and ERP system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce org consolidation or migration projects is an advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile SDLC project management methodologies.
• Proven capability as a liaison between business and technical teams, driving timely and effective solutions that meet strategic and operational requirements.
• Proficient in executing gap analyses and maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar software is preferred.
• Prior experience in the High Tech or Manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Active Salesforce certifications or the capability to acquire relevant certifications within the early months of employment are required, with preferred certifications being Administrator.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems is essential.
