Job Overview

Join our team as a Branch Manager in the Greater San Francisco area, where you will lead a dedicated team within our Consumer, Small, and Business Banking division. This remote position offers an exceptional opportunity to influence branch culture and drive team engagement while ensuring our business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team by coaching and motivating them to implement business strategies effectively.
  • Enhance customer experience by guiding bankers in cultivating strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Address and resolve moderately complex issues related to customer and employee experiences to achieve branch goals.
  • Advocate for digital banking solutions to simplify customer interactions and promote financial education.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a customer-centric approach across all operations.
  • Mentor and support talent development, including participating in the hiring process to build a strong team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures while effectively managing branch resources.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or branch management, or a combination of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate performance and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent critical thinking capabilities for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven track record in building effective relationships with customers and community partners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking industry laws, regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
