Description

Job Summary 

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing digital marketing strategies for DAPHealth.org, RevivalsStores.com, and across multiple online platforms. This role involves driving revenue growth through the management of SEO, SEM, social media, reputation management, and CRM systems. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and revenue-generating departments, to execute patient communication tactics and digital strategies. The role ensures alignment with business objectives through data-driven insights and manages digital marketing efforts that support pharmacy, patient acquisition, and lead generation.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • Review weekly timesheets for accuracy, review employee submissions and updates as needed; approve timesheets by required timeline
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings (monthly at a minimum frequency, preferably bi-weekly), scheduled conversations, and annual performance reviews with direct reports by required timeline 
  • Attend mandatory Manager’s Learning Collaborative trainings 
  • Partner with People Operations to: 
  • Develop a learning plan for employee development goals to provide tools needed to excel in their position 
  • Implement and follow a process to address performance issues as they arise 
  • Prepare a comprehensive onboarding process for each specific position for all new hires 
  • Address serious issues that may require interventions or investigations  
  • Develop and monitor departmental and program/project operating budgets, costs and schedules 
  • Supervise, lead, coach, and use best management practices to improve staff performance 
  • Support and model the identified vision, values, and behaviors of the organization

Essential Duties/Responsibilities   

  • Manage and optimize DAPHealth.org and RevivalsStores.com for improved SEO, user experience, and overall performance 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and reputation management platforms (Google My Business, Yelp) to increase brand visibility and patient engagement 
  • Collaborate regularly with the IT department to execute patient communication strategies, including but not limited to platforms like MyChart, and digital tools 
  • Lead and mentor direct report(s) and other employees, ensuring strategic and cohesive digital marketing execution across all channels 
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to drive patient acquisition, retention, and lead generation, managing complex CRM systems for engagement 
  • Drive direction and alignment using data-driven insights to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts and measure success 
  • Build and maintain a digital platform roadmap, developing strategies for digital growth across web and mobile platforms 
  • Develop engaging, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage target audiences, and convert leads into customers 
  • Oversee the execution of social media strategies, building editorial calendars, and tools for cross-functional team alignment 
  • Support brand-building initiatives, including public relations, media outreach, and maintaining the marketing website with agency support 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, revenue, marketing) to support key business objectives and revenue drivers, such as pharmacy and patient acquisition 
  • Track and analyze metrics, making data-informed decisions to improve performance and ROI 
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring a collaborative approach to digital marketing initiatives 
  • Maintain and expand professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, establishing personal networks, and reviewing professional publications 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal regulations in managing digital communications and marketing 
  • Contribute to organizational effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range marketing strategies, trends, and opportunities 
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment between departments 
  • Creative, self-motivated, and action-oriented, with a proven track record of implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth 
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed, strategic decisions 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and reputation management 
  • Proven experience in managing digital platforms and developing strategies that drive patient acquisition and lead generation 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex CRM systems and engage patients/customers
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams on patient communication tools like MyChart and other digital platforms 
  • Experience in managing digital marketing efforts for healthcare organizations or related industries preferred 
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations such as HIPAA and digital patient engagement tools preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
